Attorneys: Request e-filing admission through PACER
1) Go to https://pacer.uscourts.gov/;
2) Click Log in to… at the upper right hand corner of the screen, then click Manage PACER Account;
3) Enter your PACER Username and Password, clicking Login once finished;
4) Click on the Maintenance tab in the middle of the screen;
5) Click on Attorney admissions/E-File Registration; and
6) Choose Indiana Southern Bankruptcy Court under U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, fill in all required information and click Submit.
Limited Users/Creditors: Request e-filing admission through PACER
1) Go to https://pacer.uscourts.gov/;
2) Click Log in to… at the upper right hand corner of the screen, then click Manage PACER Account;
3) Enter your PACER Username and Password, clicking Login once finished;
4) Click on the Maintenance tab in the middle of the screen;
5) Click on Non-Attorney E-File Registration; and
6) Choose Indiana Southern Bankruptcy Court under U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, fill in all required information and click Submit.
To All Users
All e-filers, except Filing Agents, must submit a registration form before access to e-file is granted.
Complete the registration form specific to the access you are requesting.

Updating Address
1) Go to https://pacer.uscourts.gov/;
2) Click Log in to… at the upper right hand corner of the screen, then click Manage PACER Account;
3) Enter your PACER Username and Password, clicking Login once finished;
4) Click on the Maintenance tab in the middle of the screen;
5) Click on Update Address Information; and
6) Fill in all required information, being sure to apply update to Indiana Southern Bankruptcy Court and click Submit.
Linking an ECF account to a PACER account
1) Go to www.insb.uscourts.gov;
2) Click E-Filing (CM/ECF). This redirects to the PACER login screen;
3) Enter your PACER Username and Password, clicking Login once finished;
4) Click Utilities;
5) Click Your PACER Account under Your Account;
6) Click Link a CM/ECF account to My PACER Account;
7) Enter your old ECF account login and password. If you don’t remember your password, please contact the Clerk's Office to reset it;
8) Answer question “Do you want to link these accounts?” by clicking Submit;
9) Your accounts are now linked. You will use your PACER login credentials to file with us. If the Bankruptcy, Adversary, etc. headings do not appear immediately, refresh your webpage.
